&lt;p&gt;ugh but like a salad with low fat dressing is going to have a lot more nutrition then a burger filled with chemicals on white bread. Calories don’t measure everything, you can be in control of what you put on that salad to get the best nutrients. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Lol, on this particular salad you’d have to pick everything off to make it slightly healthy/nutritional. The dressing isn’t even a portion of what makes it fattening. It’s covered in croutons  cheese, fried chicken and greasy bacon. Not to mention most people eat ranch. Even if you eat with a low fat dressing, you’re not doing yourself a favor. Okay, so pick off the bacon, chicken, croutons and cheese. Then you’re left with lettuce. Lettuce isn’t a balanced meal. &lt;/p&gt;
